Mr Ryan H. Ho has published a piece in the Macao Daily News on 30 January 2022.
The article, “Thoughts on the Development of the Gaming Industry”, discusses the future direction and strategies of the Macau gaming industry in the “post-junket” era. The new gaming law will usher in major changes and bring a new environment for the gaming industry, including the supporting role of gaming promoters, the profit of mass-market business vis-à-vis the customer lifecycle of VIP gaming, and the importance of service quality.
